PRIMeS was developed based on agreed concepts with PTTC for a web portal capable of handling registration, enrollment in published courses, booking of PTTC facilities, processing of enrollment and booking payments as well as providing PTTC users with mailing lists, campaign management tools, and remote e-learning extension capabilities.

Development Team included senior IT director and senior systems analysts, support programmers, and documentation specialists, as well as data conversion personnel.
