Also known as the Philippines-Korea Internet Plaza, the Information Access Center (IAC) is a new facility of PTTC. It is an official development assistance grant from the Republic of South Korea through the Ministry of Information and Communication and the Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion (KADO).
