The Program covers both Strategic HR and Fundamental HR Operations. It is designed to provide a big picture of the business playing field in this 21st Century Knowledge Worker Age and the crucial role of the HR Practitioners in managing Human Capital as a source of competitive advantage. It includes an overview of all the Key Result Areas in the HR Toolbox – from hiring to firing and everything in between, using the best practices in the field
Course Outline
At the end of the Program, the participants will be able to:
