  • Accomplish and submit reservation form to FEMD for computation of estimate of charges and preparation of lease agreement/conforme letter.
  • For new clients, submit photocopy of SEC & Business Name Registration/Articles of Incorporation/Board Resolution stating authorized signatories for contracts/show original and submit duly recognized ID documents – Company ID, SSS ID, Driver’s License, Valid Passport for signature verification.
  • Sign four (4) copies of the Lease Agreement/two (2) copies of Conforme Letter and send back four (3) notarized copies/one (1) copy to PTTC.
  • Pay the full contract price at least seven (7) days before the event.
  • PTTC applies the “Full Payment Before Ingress” policy.
