Cash is the life blood of every business. To keep the business running smoothly there must be enough cash available for current operation. In this course we will introduce the basic cash flow management. The participant shouldobtain basic understanding of cash and cash equivalent in the financial statements and how to prepare the Statement of cash flow using direct and indirect method as well as the preparation of basic cash budget.It is essential in every business organization to maintain a sound cash flow position. The management should be able to invest idle cash, control and manage cash flow and to have optimal cash level.  This seminar will give us the basic knowledge of handling, control and investment of the organizational cash and cash equivalents, to ensure optimum utilization of the firm’s liquid resources.
