PTTC, once a mere learning hub for exporters, is now home to the Global MSME Academy in the Philippines. From this office, over 100 workforce and 5 divisions power PTTC-GMEA.
Office of the Executive Director
Servant-leaders whose highest priorities are to serve their constituents’ needs and provide oversight, direction, and control. This Office leads the workforce and ensures that, in service of the Filipino MSMEs, PTTC-GMEA’s mandate and objectives are fully implemented.
Business Management Training Services Division
The team at the forefront of implementing viable training programs and applying various modes of learning technologies. They build and maintain a training community of practice, ensuring that relevant and competency-based trade trainings strengthen MSMEs’ global opportunities.
Programming and Planning Division
The minds behind strengthened partnerships and in-depth analyses of MSMEs’ training needs. They monitor and evaluate program and work operations to fully achieve PTTC-GMEA’s commitment to equip growth-oriented MSMEs with proper skills and knowledge.
Administrative, Financial, and Management Division
The team at the forefront of catering to workforce services. They manage the human resource systems, fiscal processes, and records mechanisms to ensure efficient performance of all divisions and superior delivery of service to stakeholders.
Facilities Management Division
The skilled hands behind the maintenance and enhancement of the PTTC-GMEA structure functionality, ensuring optimum performance of the Center. The team also provides safe and positive place for MSMEs by developing procedures in place to protect the workforce, visitors, and members of the public from harm.
