Events such as Trade shows, Conferences, Seminars, Company Functions, and Private Functions can be held at PTTC.

Only the PTTC’s exclusive food concessionaire is allowed to cater the food requirements of all events/seminars.
1. Verify availability of required facilities at FACILITIES AND MANAGEMENT DIVISION (FaMD):

2. Accomplish and submit the Reservation Form to FaMD for computation of estimate of charges and preparation of lease agreement/conforme letter.
3. For new clients, submit photocopy of SEC & Business Name Registration/Articles of Incorporation/Board Resolution stating authorized signatories for contracts/show original and submit duly recognized ID documents – Company ID, SSS ID, Driver’s License, Valid Passport for signature verification.
4 Sign four (4) copies of the Lease Agreement/two (2) copies of Conforme Letter and send back four (3) notarized copies/one (1) copy to PTTC.
5. Pay the full contract price at least seven (7) days before the event.
PTTC applies the “Full Payment before Ingress” policy.
